Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Airport Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Handling customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure seamless operations and efficient passenger flow
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT)
  • Ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
