The Role
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Part-Time (Airport Operations), you'll play a vital role in assisting customers throughout the rental or return process on our airport lots. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with car rentals, returns, and other services
- Processing rentals for loyalty customers
- Checking cars and entering information into handheld devices
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
- Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
