What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling Inbound Customer Service and Technical Support Calls: You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their issues and providing exceptional service.
  • Building Strong Relationships with Customers: You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, building strong relationships that drive loyalty and retention.
  • Utilizing Systems and Technology for Account Management and Troubleshooting: You will use our cutting-edge systems and technology to manage customer accounts, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.

What We Require (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Communication Skills: You must have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Typing Speed: You must be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
