Key Responsibilities
As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative - Remote at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats with customers from top brands in industries such as tech, finance, travel, and more.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust.
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Meeting personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Dutch (required)
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Good level of English
- Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Strong written skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
