Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for addressing their concerns, providing solutions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide informed solutions

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Customer service experience in a healthcare setting or a related industry is a plus
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

Work Environment

* Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems, with a private and quiet workspace

  • arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam and high-speed internet connection
  • You'll need to provide a reliable internet connection (DSL or Cable only) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps
  • Your workstation must be connected directly to the internet, with a stable and secure connection

* Constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity required
