Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets. You will also be responsible for researching and verifying the accuracy of external data, designing and implementing data visualization tools, and providing recommendations to account directors to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and analyze data from various sources, including records administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets
- Research and verify the accuracy of external data
- Design and implement data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to account directors
- Support account directors in meeting their needs and requests
- Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects
- Participate in special projects and data analysis requests
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives
- Develop presentations with scientific outcomes to support business decisions at all levels of management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business analytics, data science, or computer science
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field, such as business analytics, data science, or computer science
