  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries with poise and professionalism, ensuring that each caller feels valued and supported.
  • Personalize the experience for each customer, taking the time to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Answer incoming calls with confidence, resolving issues such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data.

Compensation and Benefits

At arenaflex, we believe in recognizing and rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. As a customer service representative, you can expect:

  • A starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years.
  • A pay-for-performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members, recognizing your contributions to our success.

System Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient experience for our customers, we require our work-at-home team members to maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years.
  • A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications.
  • A high-speed internet connection, with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.
  • A dedicated workspace, free from distractions and interruptions.

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday, where you will complete Tech Set Up. After that, you will begin orientation and training on Monday, for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Your training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
