Key Responsibilities

As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatch center. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Answering multiple phone lines and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating towing and recovery services for our clients, ensuring that all requests are fulfilled efficiently and effectively
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
• Maintaining accurate records and data, using our computer systems to track and manage customer information
• Collaborating with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 1 year of experience in dispatching and customer service (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
• Basic computer skills, with experience using computer systems and software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

• 2+ years of experience in dispatching and customer service
• Experience working in the towing and recovery industry
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
