Job Summary

As a Data Entry + Translation Specialist, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including data entry, translation, and process improvement. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes, while also providing occasional translation support to facilitate communication with our Mexico team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $1,000 to $1,200 USD per month.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry (90-95%):

+ Collect data from employees and other sources. + Accurately input data into Excel spreadsheets. + Upload data to Oracle systems following established procedures. + Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and minimize time wastage.

Translation (5-10%):

+ Assist with English-to-Spanish translation of documents and communication materials. + Ensure accuracy and clarity in translated content to facilitate communication with our Mexico team.

Other Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data management. + Participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in industry-specific terminology and data entry best practices. + Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
