Experienced Data Entry Specialist – CVS Operations (Night/Day Shift, Full Time, Work From Home)

Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing CVS data entry operations in a Work From Home (WFH) setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts. You will work closely with our team to maintain data integrity and confidentiality, while providing comprehensive support in managing CVS databases remotely.
Key Responsibilities
* Efficiently manage CVS data entry operations in a WFH setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced environments, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
- Participate in the execution of Quality Management (QM) Work Plan exercises, including quality items and administrations
- Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
- Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
- Help create remedial activity plans and track fulfillment of these plans
- Create review tools for all populations and finish information section on all review tools
- Participate in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines
- Participate in QM meetings
Essential Qualifications
* Four-year degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare or social services
- Ability to travel to supplier offices up to 80% of the time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with high knowledge of Excel
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
* RN or LPN clinical record experience
- QM evaluating experience or case management experience
- High level of scrupulousness and attention to detail
