About the Role

As a CPM, you'll be a trusted advisor to our customers, driving strategic and financial value through transformational professional services programs. You'll lead all aspects of business development, including deal structuring, deal support, and delivery excellence, ensuring project closure in your assigned accounts or territories. This is a customer-facing role that requires up to 50% travel to customer sites, so you'll need to be comfortable on the road and able to build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

* Execution of Long-Term Strategic Customer Transformation Roadmaps: Develop and execute comprehensive transformation roadmaps that drive business outcomes and accelerate growth for our customers.

  • Lead Business Outcomes: Articulate accelerated customer outcomes through cloud technologies and drive revenue growth through ProServe and Platform bookings.
  • Develop Unified Account Plan and Pursuit Plan: Collaborate with the AWS account team to develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Establish Executive Relationships: Build relationships with executive sponsors across Technology & Business groups and establish a strong network within arenaflex, including the account team, Partner team, Global Services organization, Finance, and Legal.
  • Deliver on Annual Bookings and Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed annual bookings and revenue targets through deal structure aligned with key customer goals and arenaflex Professional Services business objectives.
  • Support Scale through Shared Learnings: Share knowledge and best practices across the Professional Services sales team to drive scale and growth.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 8 years

of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

Proven track record

of delivering results in a customer-facing role.

Strong business acumen

and ability to articulate business outcomes.

Excellent communication

and interpersonal skills.

Experience
