Job Overview

As a Client Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of client profiles by performing a range of data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Manage the creation and updating of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

  • Verify and maintain accurate client profile data, including contact information, sales tax details, and shipping directives
  • Process approvals for online bidders, ensuring timely and efficient communication
  • Perform data entry for client information, generate reports, and manage shipping directives, utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Update mailing lists and process bidder documentation, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Confirm sales tax information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Track, analyze, and respond to client surveys, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Assist with various administrative responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

  • Strong multitasking capabilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous, but not required

Qualifications
