We're now seeking an experienced Freelance Chat/Email Customer Support Agent to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our users have a positive and enjoyable experience on our online dating platforms. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be the first point of contact for users who reach out with general inquiries, minor issues, or feedback. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and courteous assistance via emails and chats, addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and providing helpful guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to user emails and chats in a timely and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing helpful guidance.
- Assist users with account-related concerns, general inquiries, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and feedback for reporting purposes, ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Keep up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to users, contributing to improving our knowledge base and customer support processes.
- Strive for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and support quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the user experience.
Essential Qualifications:
* Fluent in written and spoken English (Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese would be beneficial).
- Strong written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and empathy, able to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a first contact resolution mindset, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues efficiently.
