Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our Medicare team on a 3-month contract-to-hire basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. You'll work closely with customers to resolve problems, provide solutions, and ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, upholding a 5-star service standard
  • Work with customers to resolve claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other issues
  • Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer inquiries
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Call Center Customer Service experience, with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)

  • Excellent Customer Focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Empathy and strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
  • ALL candidates must score a 80% or above on eSkills test

Preferred Qualifications

* HS Diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience/call center experience

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Previous Medicare experience
  • Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls)
  • Medical background helpful
