Job Summary
As an Entry Level Sales Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue through our chat-only sales platform on Facebook Marketplace. You'll be responsible for advertising shipping containers, responding to customer inquiries, and closing deals via chat or phone. With our user-friendly software and comprehensive training program, you'll have the tools and support you need to succeed in this exciting and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities
* Advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our proprietary software
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, follow up with leads, and encourage orders
- Close deals directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company system
- Handle customer phone calls or assign leads to our closers for assistance
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or business preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using Facebook Marketplace and our proprietary software
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in sales, marketing, or e-commerce
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools

- Ability to generate at least 20 daily leads on Facebook Marketplace
