Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Specialist to lead our Professional Services Sourcing team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies, negotiating contracts, and building relationships with key stakeholders. Your expertise will help us optimize our $1B+ annual professional services spend, mitigate risks, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
As a Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies to optimize professional services spend
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, vendors, and internal teams
- Leading deal negotiations, RFPs, and contract management to ensure best-in-class service delivery
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sourcing decisions
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Providing subject-matter expertise in professional services sourcing, including research, networking, and relationship building
- Developing and executing contracts, including negotiation and post-award administration
- Ensuring compliance with sourcing and procurement regulations and best practices
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in professional services sourcing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with experience in drafting and executing professional services agreements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes, including RFPs, contract management, and post-award administration
- Familiarity with the entertainment industry and its trends and challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications

- Professional services sourcing experience, including consulting and advisory services
- Strong understanding of contract negotiation and management, including boilerplate revisions and contract administration
