Job Summary
As an AppleCare Counselor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and technical assistance for a wide range of arenaflex products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and desktop Macs. You will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
