Job Summary We are currently hiring Seasonal Customer Service Associates to work from home, providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone and email. As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for answering escalated emails, working queues related to orders not shipping, making outbound calls to customers, and completing other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. You will work closely with our CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily, and you will be expected to maintain a high level of energy and initiative throughout the season.
