Job Summary

As an Online Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to members of unions that request our benefits. This will involve:

  • Inbound and outbound calling to establish consultations and conduct discussions with clients
  • Utilizing simple computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and documentation
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in leadership development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to members of unions that request our benefits

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identify and escalate customer issues to ensure timely resolution
