Job Summary

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our digital databases. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure that data is entered correctly. Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure that data is entered correctly.
  • Data Verification and Quality Control: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Research and Data Retrieval: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, and applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Report Generation and Storage: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to ensure efficient and accurate data entry.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and updating order statuses in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
  • Basic Knowledge of Database Management: Basic knowledge of database management tools and techniques.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think analytically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, including communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.

Preferred Qualifications
