Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing planned and unplanned activities that impact multiple orders and customers, including informal and formal allocation, holiday schedules, new item implementations, and managing warehouse closing/openings.
  • Leading cross-functional meetings to resolve issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders and key customers.
  • Running SAP queries and using reports to identify trends and problem-solve opportunities.
  • Project managing and leading process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Providing day-to-day customer service activities, including order entry, expedited orders, customer order change requests, and transportation issues.
  • Investigating, validating, claiming, or requesting reversal of fines, customer deductions, and transportation deductions.
  • Communicating and presenting to all levels of the organization, including customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Availability to work rotating weekends.
  • Preferred: Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least one year in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center.
  • Three years in a customer-facing role; three years in a call center are preferred.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue resolution, and communication skills.
  • Building collaborative relationships with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and customers.
  • Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems.
  • Sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and able to provide clear and thorough documentation and communication.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal daily supervision.
  • Experience with SAP P08 and SAP reports, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), Excel, and Pivot Tables is preferred.

Pay Range:

$60,200 - $74,100 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
