Responsibilities
As a Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with questions related to accounting software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs
- Providing expert support for QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
- Demonstrating strong ownership of customer issues and providing confident resolution
- Communicating with customers in a friendly tone and professional demeanor

As an independent contractor, you'll remain in a contractual relationship with arenaflex for the duration of this program assignment. We'll provide you with a contract that outlines the terms and conditions of your engagement, including compensation, schedule, and responsibilities.

This is a contract position, with a flexible schedule and competitive compensation package.
Pay
You'll earn between $15.30 and $20.40 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
