Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional live chat support to customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions

Essential Qualifications:

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Base salary of $500 per month, paid twice per month via Wise or Payoneer

  • 5% commission on sales, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold
  • Paid sick days, paid days off, and holidays, including Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Year's Day, and New Year's Eve
