Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our English-speaking clients and customers. You will receive inbound calls, place outbound calls, answer questions, and forward messages to clients while maintaining a working knowledge of our company's products, services, and promotions. Key Responsibilities

* Receive English inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide product information, answer questions, and resolve issues
  • Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and first-call resolution rates
  • Maintain a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • English language proficiency required for this position
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment
  • Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
  • Goal-oriented with professional work ethics
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous Customer Service experience (1 year preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
  • Experience working with a diverse range of customers and clients

Work Environment and Requirements

* PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)

  • Hard-wired high-speed internet connection (ethernet cable)
  • USB-connected Headset
  • Webcam
  • A quiet dedicated place to work free from distractions, including pets and children
