About the Role:

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their experiences are exceptional. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats from health insurance members seeking assistance with health plan information and premium details. Your primary focus will be on delivering personalized support, resolving issues efficiently, and providing accurate information to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chats from health insurance members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on health plan details, premium rates, and other relevant program information
  • Utilize strong customer relations skills to build trust, resolve conflicts, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including call logs, email correspondence, and chat transcripts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalate concerns, and provide feedback on process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date on program changes, updates, and new initiatives, ensuring seamless communication with clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center, retail, fast food, or other customer-facing environment

  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software, email management, and chat platforms
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in client interactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on health insurance or related industries

  • Knowledge of health insurance programs, including FL Healthy Kids, and related regulations
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience with CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
