Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Developer – Identity and Access Management (IAM) Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IAM team, you'll be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our protection and governance posture. You'll work with international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Responsibilities
As an Experienced Full Stack Developer – Identity and Access Management (IAM) Integration Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
- Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
- SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
- Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
- Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
- Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
- Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
- Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies

Minimal Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimal qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field
- Option 2: 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company
- Experience with SailPoint and other IAM solutions
- Strong technical skills, with a focus on full-stack development and integration
