Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative/Order Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. You'll work closely with our sales team, management, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with product and sales-related questions via phone and email, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of new and existing products, as well as policies and merchandising information, to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Communicate customer issues and feedback to management, providing actionable insights to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Utilize inventory and ordering systems to efficiently and effectively assist customers and complete orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with product inventories as directed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication with the sales team.
  • Proactively generate sales and promote arenaflex products, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Process customer requests for order placement in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

  • Experience with EDI systems is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Solid organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication with the sales team.
  • Knowledge of current materials, methods, tools, and equipment (including technology) used in business operations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and functional teams to coordinate effective solutions.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years inside sales/customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
