Responsibilities

As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns with accuracy, concision, and professionalism.
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
  • Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs.
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Promoting interest in arenaflex products and services through proactive and engaging communication.
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image at all times.
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
  • Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to adapt to different personalities, cultures, and communication styles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
  • Experience with remote work tools and software, such as Zoom, Slack, or Asana.
