Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for:
- Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts
- Understanding customers' businesses and needs, identifying opportunities to deepen and expand their business with arenaflex
- Developing and executing strategies to reduce churn and drive revenue growth
- Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward and ensure overall satisfaction
- Providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and drive business growth
- Representing arenaflex at a senior level to merchants, showcasing our expertise and building trust
- Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Developing and implementing customer success plans to drive business outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or finance-related industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn in a customer success or account management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer data and identify trends
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
