Life as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs. You will work in a fast-paced, virtual environment, handling a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Personalize the customer experience by understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process customer transactions, including refunds, payments, and order placements
  • Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work a set schedule and structured day, with opportunities for advancement across the entire arenaflex network

Compensation and Benefits:

* Starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years

  • Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members

System Requirements:

To ensure a seamless customer experience, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • A Mac or Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported

Training Schedule:

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. The training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
