Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting outbound calls to customers at their scheduled appointment times to ensure a seamless experience
- Validating and reviewing paperwork with customers using screen-sharing software to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Submitting accurate paperwork for further review, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Updating and maintaining customer account information as needed, ensuring all records are current and accurate
- Identifying and resolving document issues by validating information, determining the root cause of problems, and providing appropriate solutions
- Rebooking appointments if needed to address document issues, ensuring prompt and reliable service to all customers
- Efficiently managing multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously
- Maintaining a dependable schedule for customer appointments, ensuring punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Accessing company and client resources provided to accurately handle calls
- Navigating online efficiently, skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
- Remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions, demonstrating flexibility to cross-train as requested
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, with a strong background in call center or office environments
- Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors
- Previous remote work from home experience, with a strong ability to work independently
- Quick learning skills, with the ability to type 35 words per minute accurately
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving abilities
- A background check applicable with state and federal laws, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time-management skills, with the ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional
- Demonstrated ability to deliver world-class customer service consistently, contributing to team efforts by achieving related results as needed
- Proficiency with screen-sharing software and general office technology
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in the firearms industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of firearms regulations and laws
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
