Experienced Information Investigator – Advanced Data Analysis and Insights for arenaflex's Direct-to-Consumer Business

As we continue to push the boundaries of real-time features in the US, we're seeking a highly skilled Information Investigator to join our Pack Trial and Error and Examination group. This team plays a critical role in supporting the Disney Pack, providing actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive growth. Our group utilizes a combination of data, statistical modeling, experimentation, and various tools to help our business clients make informed, data-driven choices. We're committed to gaining a deeper understanding of Pack patterns and customer behavior, from start to finish, by offering support across experimentation, analysis, and comprehensive reporting. As an Information Investigator, you'll work closely with Marketing, Product, Data Science, Data Operations, and other teams to not only provide high-visibility insights on Pack development but also become a trusted thought partner, helping to shape procedures and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify the most pressing business challenges related to Pack patterns and drivers, and develop insightful solutions to address these questions

• Help create a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have a steady stream of Pack intel to inform their decisions
• Conduct comprehensive pattern analyses, assessing the contributions of drivers from every possible angle
• Define and investigate target audience segments to drive Pack growth
• Work with other Examination teams to gather and integrate Pack data from various sources, weaving together a cohesive and compelling narrative
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, including their behavior, preferences, and pain points

Essential Capabilities:

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, along with relevant work experience

• At least 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to linear and logistic regression, hypothesis testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation techniques
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets, deciphering patterns and trends, and utilizing a wide range of data sources and tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Proven analytical skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable proposals
• Capacity to think critically, breaking down and interpreting market and customer data
• Familiarity with designing, executing, and analyzing A/B/MVT test builds

Preferred Capabilities:

* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services

• Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing space
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+
