Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Promptly and Effectively Managing All Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Conducting Research to Provide Effective Solutions: Gather information to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues
- Documenting All Calls Accurately: Record all customer interactions accurately and efficiently
- Communicating Professionally, Empathetically, and Diplomatically: Interact with customers in a professional, empathetic, and diplomatic manner
- Striving to Achieve Daily Team Quality and Customer Satisfaction Goals: Meet and exceed daily quality and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be 18 Years of Age or Older: Meet the minimum age requirement
- Have a High School Diploma or Equivalent: Meet the minimum education requirement
- Have a Minimum of 1 Year in a Single Job, Preferably in a Call Center Customer Service Environment: Meet the minimum experience requirement
- Have Reliable Attendance with No Missed Time in the First 90 Days: Meet attendance requirements
- Be Able to Type 25 WPM: Meet typing requirements
- Have Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills
- Be Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems: Demonstrate proficiency in using computer systems
- Have a Hardwired Internet Connection with Speeds Greater than 5MB Upload and 10MB Download: Meet internet requirements
- Have a Secure, Private Work Area at Home: Meet work environment requirements
- Be Available to Work a Flexible Schedule (Monday-Saturday): Meet scheduling requirements
