Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk / Typing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Utilize computer software and hardware to perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to:

+ Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) + Other software applications as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and hardware, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a healthcare, warehouse, or delivery driver role

  • Background in customer service, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Familiarity with data entry software and hardware
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
