Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our clients. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, conducting telephone screening, and engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our clients. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity, and we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a home office setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle a large volume of calls, including inbound and outbound calls, in a professional and courteous manner
