Key Responsibilities:

Actively report technical issues and customer feedback to help refine chat support processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred but not required. -

Technical Skills:

Basic proficiency with computers and familiarity with chat support software; experience with CRM systems is a plus. -
