About the Role

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. You'll navigate multiple systems, manage a steady volume of incoming calls, and provide comprehensive solutions to complex healthcare-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers - Provide solutions to complex healthcare-related issues, including insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges - Manage a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems - Create positive experiences for customers and clients through excellent customer service and communication skills - Work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve shared goals and objectives

What We Look For

- A passion for helping others and delivering comprehensive solutions to complex healthcare-related issues - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class - High speed internet and a distraction-free work environment - Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy - Great problem-solving skills and ability to effectively multi-task - High school diploma, GED, or college degree - Availability to work weekends - Equipment provided and must be hard wired (no Wi-Fi)
