Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (REMOTE), you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your interactions will set the tone for our customers' experiences. You'll need to be proactive, patient, and empathetic, with a strong ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities
* Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls, emails, and chats with a high level of efficiency and accuracy
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score
- Net Promoter Score (NPS)
- Sales targets and call handling quotas
- Customer retention rate
Requirements
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Proficiency in multiple languages
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
