As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with customers to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide personalized solutions. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences, and your contributions will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company. • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with ease and poise
• Personalizing the experience for each caller, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences
• Collaborating with your team to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support

• Reporting to an assigned Supervisor, who will provide guidance and support throughout your journey
• Working a set schedule and structured day, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
• Bilingual Specialist opportunity for those fluent in Spanish and English, with a focus on serving our diverse customer base

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:

• Starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years
• Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members, recognizing your hard work and dedication

System Requirements

As a remote worker, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. Here are a few key requirements:

• Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
• Headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
• High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
• Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll attend a six-week training program, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
