What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the initial point of contact for inbound participant requests and questions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a high level of product and system knowledge to support participants using the automated phone system and employee website
• Fielding daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products, including health and benefits plans
• Logging and documenting participant conversations/issues to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up
• Providing real-time technical support to participants, including updating enrollments, policies, and rates

What We Require (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous open enrollment experience, preferably in a healthcare-related service
• Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Sungard, and ORS
• Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans, including policy updates and rate changes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

If you have experience in a similar role in a healthcare-related service, you'll have a competitive edge in this position. Additionally, if you possess:

• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
