Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Mortgage Division team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, processing weekly sales, sending out welcome packages, and performing various other related clerical duties associated with sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to contribute to the success of our organization and provide exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in processing weekly sales and performing various other related clerical duties associated with sales
  • Sending out welcome packages and other related correspondence to clients
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the Mortgage Division team
  • Performing other related duties as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of office experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Word and MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a mortgage or financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Word and MS Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a mortgage or financial services industry

  • Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and compliance
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in Microsoft Office or other administrative software
