Look no further! arenaflex is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our WW Customer Trust Training – Learning Experience Design (LXD) team, where you'll have the opportunity to design and develop cutting-edge learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical.

Key Responsibilities

As a Learning Experience Designer on our team, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Develop Engaging Learning Experiences: Create interactive and immersive e-learning experiences that drive on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools.
  • Manage Curriculum Maintenance: Oversee and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure our learning programs stay up-to-date and relevant.
  • Mentor and Coach: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes, helping them grow and develop in their roles.
  • Consult with Customers: Collaborate with customers to define problems and develop solutions that meet their needs and drive business results.
  • Improve Processes and Templates: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize development time for new training materials.
  • Consult on Programs: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently.
  • Embed Data Collection and Feedback: Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience.
  • Lead Continuous Performance Improvement: Lead efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from insights generated through data collection and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams, including Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content.

Essential Qualifications

* 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
  • 3+ years of change management experience
