Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals
- Dispatching proper authorities as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility
- Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Shifts and Schedules
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules, including:
- 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
- 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
- 10 hour shifts
- 12 hour shifts
- 8 hour shifts
- Evening shifts
- Holidays
- Night shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends as needed
