Key Responsibilities

As a Client Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the establishment and updates of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client profile data
  • Facilitating the processing of online bidder approvals, adding and modifying client information, generating comprehensive reports, and managing shipping instruction requests
  • Maintaining mailing list entries, processing bidder/show cards, and verifying sales tax information
  • Addressing client survey feedback and undertaking additional responsibilities as necessary
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data entry processes

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
  • A positive outlook and a commitment to learning and growth
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in a client-facing role
  • A strong understanding of data management principles and best practices
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
