Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
• Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
• Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line
• Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of customers are being met
• Performing a minimum of 70 interactions per shift

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Meet or exceed established daily interaction numbers every day

• Provide exceptional service and create a seamless experience for customers via telephone, email, and chat
• Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
• Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of customers are being met

Role Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
• Access to consistently stable internet connection
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
• On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
