Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Health Care Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers
- Providing comprehensive solutions to complex healthcare-related issues, including insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges
- Managing a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems
- Utilizing excellent customer service and communication skills to create positive experiences for our customers and clients

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
