Experienced Customer Support Associate – Remote or Chicago Location

The Role
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support and service. You'll work closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to directly support our customers and escalate issues as necessary. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
- Interfacing with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
- Working with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
- Using Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information

Compensation
* $40k - $50k: Depending on experience, you'll receive a competitive salary that reflects your skills and qualifications.
