Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer service calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and ensuring prompt responses
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including customer service related information and account details
  • Providing superior customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner
  • Resolving inbound customer calls regarding account issues and providing high-quality customer service
  • Taking customer orders and providing exceptional customer service
  • Making outgoing customer service calls to resolve customer issues and provide support
  • Collaborating with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service standards are met
  • Resolving any customer service issues that may arise and providing timely solutions
  • Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to all customers
  • Providing customer support and handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Combining excellent customer service skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
