Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to a queue of customer service tickets via email, providing clear, concise, and professional written responses to customers. You'll work closely with internal teams to find answers and resolve customer issues, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions. Responsibilities

* Respond to a queue of customer service tickets via email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries

  • Look up and track customer orders, researching loyalty card account inquiries and providing accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to find answers and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional written responses to customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions, using our CRM system to track and manage customer inquiries
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to ensure you're well-prepared for success in this role

Qualifications

* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging responses to customers
