Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to customer inquiries on the arenaflex website live chat feature, providing support and sales-related information to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Follow provided steps and instructions closely to ensure consistency in the quality of service and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Work independently with support from our virtual team, utilizing your self-motivation and excellent communication skills to manage your time effectively and meet the expected standards of service.
  • Utilize technology efficiently, including social media and website chat functions, to provide exceptional customer support.

Essential Qualifications:

* Located in the USA

  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a virtual team
  • Access to a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Availability for 8 hours per day
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience

  • Familiarity with live chat software and technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills

Contract Length and Pay Rate:

* Contract Length: No fixed term

  • Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour (dependent on performance)
  • Hours per Week: 15 hours per week (with opportunities for additional hours based on performance)
