Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Respond to customer inquiries on the arenaflex website live chat feature, providing support and sales-related information to ensure customer queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Follow provided steps and instructions closely to ensure consistency in the quality of service and efficient resolution of customer inquiries.
- Work independently with support from our virtual team, utilizing your self-motivation and excellent communication skills to manage your time effectively and meet the expected standards of service.
- Utilize technology efficiently, including social media and website chat functions, to provide exceptional customer support.
Essential Qualifications:
* Located in the USA
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a virtual team
- Access to a device that can access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- Reliable internet connection
- Availability for 8 hours per day
- Ability to follow provided steps and instructions closely
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience

- Excellent time management skills
Contract Length and Pay Rate:
* Contract Length: No fixed term
- Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour (dependent on performance)
